Empowering SEND Learners: Complex Needs LSA

Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time Learning Support Assistant to work with pupils at a specialist SEND school in Gateshead. You will support children with complex learning needs, autism, sensory differences and communication difficulties, helping them access education while developing independence.

We offer weekly PAYE pay, access to CPD Academy, SEND and safeguarding training, a dedicated consultant, and opportunities for long-term roles and career progression.
