Empowering Support Worker (Learning Disabilities) - Brighton

The Outlook Foundation is a charity based in Brighton, providing safe, supportive homes for adults with learning disabilities and autism. We are recruiting two full-time Support Workers at our Brighton (Withdean) residential setting to deliver person-centred support and life skills development.

The role offers 40 hours per week with a mix of shifts, including every other weekend, and opportunities for promotion and professional development.
