Empowering Support Worker - Youth Homelessness (Cardiff)

The Salvation Army in Cardiff has been awarded a contract to support 106 young people experiencing homelessness. Working hours are 24 per week, with shifts including weekends.

As an Assistant Support Worker you will deliver a high quality programme of support that promotes client choice and control, address clients’ needs, and help them make positive life choices. You will empower them to live more independently and may work across Ty Diogel and Colum Road sites as required.
