Enablement Coordinator: Mental Health Housing Support

Gloucestershire County Council is seeking two Enablement Coordinators to support adults with mental health needs in registered supported accommodation. You will work to develop daily living skills, promote independence and coordinate multi‑agency support to sustain tenancies.

The role requires a Level 3 health and social care qualification or equivalent, strong interpersonal and IT skills, and a commitment to person-centred care.
