Enablement Practitioner: 2:1 Support for Adult with Autism

PBS4 is seeking a Male Support Worker (Enablement Practitioner) based in Sherborne, Dorset. Role involves 2:1 support for a 33-year-old male with Autism, a mild learning disability and ADHD. Full UK driving licence is required. There are day and night shifts, with weekends alternating.

The role offers 29 days annual leave pro rata and comprehensive training and benefits. Location: Sherborne. Salary: £15.69 per hour.
