End of Tenancy Pro | Part-Time Property Coordination

Charters, part of Lomond, is seeking an End of Tenancy Consultant in Southampton for a 12-month fixed-term, part-time role (3 days weekly, 9am-5pm). The salary is £27,500 pro rata.

You will manage end-of-tenancy documentation, coordinate repairs, and be the main contact for landlords and tenants. You should have experience in property management or UK rental sector, strong organisation, excellent communication, and knowledge of UK property legislation.
