To further support our growth in the energy sector throughout the UK, we are now looking for an experienced Business Development professional dedicated to the renewable energy sector.

The Role:

The Business Manager will be responsible for leading and growing our dedicated Energy business sector in the UK. Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Manager, you will play a key role in developing your business scope with both a strategic and operational approach. Your responsibilities will include three main areas:

Business Development

• Identify, develop and manage a client portfolio, identifying new business opportunities in the UK energy sector.
• Ensure proper follow‑up of contracts and ongoing services.

Recruitment & Consultant Management

• Build your team by recruiting engineers according to client needs.
• Ensure their integration, coaching, and career development.

Activity Management & Team Leadership

• Monitor project delivery, analyse performance, and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Support engineers’ skills development and ensure their professional growth.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• You hold an Engineering degree (mandatory). Candidates from other backgrounds cannot be considered for this position.
• You have 3–4 years of experience, ideally in engineering consulting, industry, and in energy sectors.
• You have prior experience in team management and profit centre responsibility.
• You hold a valid driving licence to visit clients.
• You are dynamic, have excellent interpersonal skills, and are highly adaptable.
