Energy Customer Resolution Specialist — Hybrid

Centrica is hiring a Business Customer Resolution Agent in Edinburgh. You will own customer accounts end to end, investigate complex queries and help retain and grow relationships. Work with a small, empowered customer pod across multiple channels, with office-based training and hybrid work post-training.

You’ll balance customer experience, commercial outcomes and compliance while handling debt conversations and tenancy changes. Core hours are Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm, with 37 hours/week.
