Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate energy consumption data from smart meters, building management systems, and other sources.
• Develop and maintain databases and data pipelines for energy-related information.
• Perform statistical analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and trends in energy usage.
• Create clear and compelling visualisations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Support the development of data-driven strategies for energy efficiency and demand-side management.

Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Environmental Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in data analysis, with a focus on energy data or similar complex datasets.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with SQL for database querying and management.
• Familiarity with energy markets, energy efficiency concepts, and sustainability metrics is a plus.
