About the Role

You will conduct energy audits, analyze building performance data, and recommend cost-effective solutions for improving energy efficiency across a range of facilities. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive energy audits of commercial and industrial buildings to identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze energy consumption data and building performance metrics.
• Develop detailed reports with actionable recommendations for energy efficiency measures.
• Advise clients on the implementation of energy-saving technologies and operational changes.
• Calculate and present the financial benefits (ROI, payback periods) of proposed energy efficiency projects.
• Stay informed about energy efficiency regulations, incentives, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental), Building Services, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in energy auditing, building performance analysis, or energy consulting.
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, lighting, insulation) and their energy performance.
• Familiarity with energy modeling software and energy efficiency standards (e.g., ISO 50001).
• Strong analytical, report-writing, and client-facing communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM) are a plus.
