Energy Outreach & Community Engagement Specialist

The Town of Acton is seeking an enthusiastic Outreach Specialist to lead community engagement that expands access to energy efficiency programs and strengthens Town communication. This grant-funded role focuses on equity, sustainability, and effective public outreach.

Primary duties include serving as Energy Advocate under CFP, building connections with residents and small businesses, and coordinating messaging across digital and print platforms. Some evening/weekend work may be required.
