About the Role

You will be responsible for architecting complex solutions, evaluating new technologies, and ensuring the technical integrity of our energy storage portfolio. Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect robust, scalable, and cost-effective energy storage systems, including battery and other storage technologies.
• Evaluate and select appropriate hardware and software components, considering performance, reliability, and integration requirements.
• Develop technical specifications, P&IDs, and system designs for energy storage projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure successful project implementation and commissioning.
• Provide technical expertise and support to sales and business development teams regarding energy storage solutions.
• Stay current with advancements in energy storage technology, market trends, and regulatory landscapes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in designing and implementing energy storage systems or related power systems.
• Strong understanding of battery technologies (Li-ion, flow batteries, etc.), power electronics, and control systems.
• Experience with grid-scale projects and knowledge of grid codes and interconnection standards.
• Ability to develop comprehensive technical documentation and present complex information clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to solution development.
