Engineering Lead, AI-Native SaaS — Scale & Ship Tech

Burns Sheehan Ltd is partnering with a fast-growing AI-native SaaS scale-up in the UK. We seek an Engineering Lead to guide small squads (up to 4 engineers) while staying hands-on across React, Node.js/TypeScript, and GCP/AWS.

You’ll help shape scalable features and mentor engineers as the product expands. The role is remote-first in the UK with a hybrid London office option, offering up to £150,000 per year plus equity.
