Engineering Manager, Data Operations - Scale Data Platforms

Sony Music Entertainment is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Data Operations team to lead and scale our data product space. You will cultivate a high-performance, agile development team and manage full-stack engineers delivering internal platforms.

You will mentor engineers, conduct regular 1:1s, and work with Directors and product teams to drive the engineering vision and align initiatives with business strategy.
