Engineering Manager - Hazardous Environments, Flexible Hours

Shillito Group is recruiting for an Engineering Manager to join an established engineering business designing and manufacturing specialist products for hazardous and demanding environments. This is a true hands on leadership role.

You will lead the engineering team, own product development from concept through launch, and apply rigorous design controls while getting hands-on when needed. A strong background in hazardous area certification and regulatory standards is essential.
