Engineering Manager, Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement

Ex Mil Recruitment is recruiting an Engineering Manager for a world-class manufacturing facility near Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire. You will lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers and provide hands-on technical leadership across production support, FAT, NPI and the introduction of new equipment and processes.

You will drive continuous improvement, mentor engineering staff and ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance in a highly demanding environment.
