Engineering Manager, People & Systems Enablement

TrustFlight seeks an Engineering Manager to lead a 6–8 engineer team, coaching each member and maintaining high performance standards. You will own the team’s testing, tooling, and infrastructure while partnering with product and design leads to enable rapid, safe delivery.
