We're partnering with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to drive reliability, performance, and continuous improvement across a critical production facility.

This role would suit an engineering leader from a pharmaceutical, biotech, FMCG, or regulated manufacturing environment who enjoys managing high-performing teams, improving asset reliability, and leading engineering strategy.

What you'll be doing:

🔹 Leading maintenance, facilities, utilities, and asset management activities 🔹 Driving equipment reliability and preventative maintenance programmes 🔹 Managing CAPEX projects, upgrades, and site improvement initiatives 🔹 Leading fault investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions 🔹 Developing and mentoring engineering teams 🔹 Ensuring engineering compliance and operational excellence

What we're looking for:

✅ Engineering leadership experience within pharma, biotech, FMCG, or manufacturing ✅ Strong maintenance, reliability, and asset management background ✅ Experience managing production equipment, facilities, and utilities ✅ A proactive leader with a continuous improvement mindset
