Engineering Shift Leader – Lead Critical Facility Ops

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Shift Leader for our London facility. You will lead the site engineering team, manage performance, ensure 100% uptime and collaborate with contractors to deliver high‑quality MEP & Fabric services.

You will bring an apprenticeship or Building Services background, strong leadership and knowledge of electrical systems, with responsibilities spanning operations, safety and reporting.
