Engineering Shift Manager Salary: £64,000 + Overtime (£1,000–£2,000 on top) + Pension

Location: Coalville

Shifts: 4's and 5's days and nights

About the Role

A fantastic opportunity which is not to be missed by a strong Engineering Shift Manager has come to the forefront. This is going to be any engineer’s dream to work in this state‑of‑the‑art, fully automated, fast‑paced factory. They have recently invested into the site and it's a great place to work for any Engineering Shift Manager who wants to develop their career in all areas.

The duties will involve about 30% of hands‑on maintenance work within a fully automated site and 70% of leading the shift, mentoring, delegating work load, dealing with issues and generally looking after the shift.

Sector – Factory Maintenance

Non‑Negotiable Requirements of the Engineering Shift Manager:

• Multi‑skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Leadership experience (Supervisory level is perfect).
• Level3 engineering qualification.
• Electrical and mechanical fault‑finding experience.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
• Experience of leading a shift within a large factory.
