Engineering Team Lead - Fast-Paced Manufacturing (Bristol)

Hunter Selection is seeking an Engineering Team Leader in Bristol to guide a shift-based engineering team of up to five engineers. You will drive equipment reliability, safety compliance, and continuous improvement across maintenance activities.

The role requires at least five years in manufacturing, an engineering qualification, and proven leadership. FMCG exposure is highly desirable and a strong proactive approach is a must.
