Engineering Team Lead — Proactive Maintenance & Safety

Finnebrogue in Downpatrick, Northern Ireland, is seeking a Team Lead for Engineering to plan and schedule shift resources, ensuring processing equipment stays in full working order and that workload is prioritised to drive proactive maintenance. You will liaise with the Production Team to action job requests and uphold safety standards.

The role covers 12-hour continental shifts, with alternating day and evening/night rosters, including weekends.
