Role Overview
As a Student Recruitment Officer, you will promote our institution to prospective students, guide them through the admission process and drive enrolment through the Student Referral scheme.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to achieve enrolment targets and attract a diverse applicant pool.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students via phone, email, social media and in‑person meetings.
- Provide detailed information about academic programmes, admission requirements, scholarships, campus facilities and student life.
- Conduct presentations, campus tours and information sessions for groups and individuals.
- Utilise CRM systems or other designated tools to track and follow up with prospective students, ensuring timely and personal communication throughout the enrolment process.
- Assist prospective students with the application process, including reviewing applications and providing guidance on required documents.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to review applications, conduct interviews and participate in the selection process, ensuring a fair and comprehensive evaluation.
Qualifications / About You
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of the education landscape, admission processes and financial aid options.
- Proficiency in using digital platforms, social media and CRM systems for recruitment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and travel to attend recruitment events.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and collaborate with colleagues, students and educational partners.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and passionate about helping students achieve their educational goals.
