Job Description
Feel Connected to the future at Sure by joining the Enterprise Sales team as an Enterprise Account Director in Jersey working 37.5 hours per week.
To drive the role forward, the individual will account manage allocated Enterprise customers and act as a key point of contact and retain and grow Sure revenues in line with Quarterly and Annual Targets. You’ll be responsible for growing new revenue streams by upselling and cross selling solutions, in addition to protecting the existing revenue base from competitors. This role will also require the successful applicant to identify and target new Enterprise customers, develop a lead generation strategy and collaborate with business stake holder teams such as, product, marketing, professional services, finance and engineering to meet customer needs.This is a key role within Sure, with high expectations to deliver growth revenue in a competitive everchanging market.

- Experience in a customer facing B2B environment in a sales role
- An excellent knowledge of technology solutions such as Telecommunications, Cloud, SaaS, ICT etc
- Experience at C Level engagement
- Understands business priorities internally and their customers
- Can create and manage Account Development Plans (ADPs)
- A high level of sales ability with a strong desire to hit targets
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of accepting continual, rapid changes in services and technology
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Flexibility with regards to hours of work
