About The Role
- As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a critical role in building and scaling the commercial function.
- Working closely with the CEO and wider go-to-market team, you will own enterprise sales opportunities from initial prospecting through to contract signature.
- This is an opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives in early-stage environments and wants to make a measurable impact on company growth while helping shape future sales strategy.
- Driving complex sales processes and negotiations
- Collaborating with leadership to develop and refine a scalable sales playbook
- Experimenting with and improving go-to-market strategies
About The Candidate
- 4+ years' experience selling enterprise B2B DevOps, cloud infrastructure or platform solutions
- A consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to CTOs, engineering leaders and technical stakeholders
- Experience working cross-functionally with leadership, product, engineering and marketing teams
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, DevOps tooling or open-source technologies
Salary / Package / Benefits
- Base salary - £100k - £150k - depending on experience - Double OTE
- Equity participation in a high-growth venture-backed business
