Enterprise Sales Director — UK & Europe Growth Lead

Propel is seeking a Sales Director to own the UK and Europe commercial strategy for a rapidly growing TikTok Shop agency. You will lead the next phase of growth, guiding two experienced new-business sellers and personally closing enterprise opportunities with major consumer brands.

This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on selling, demanding strong pricing, negotiation, and pipeline discipline, plus EMI equity and a personal commission scheme. London-based hybrid work is offered.
