£28,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission

What You'll Be Doing

Recruitment is sales with an additional focus on people and relationships. You'll be responsible for:

• Winning new business and developing client accounts
• Building relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Headhunting and sourcing candidates
• Managing vacancies from initial brief through to placement
• Negotiating fees, salaries and offers
• Working towards individual and team revenue targets

• £28,000 basic salary
