Key Responsibilities

• Identify, reach out to, and engage potential prospective clients through phone, email, and social channels

• Present and promote products/services to potential customers using clear and persuasive communication

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and guide them through the sales process

• Maintain accurate records of target accounts, leads, and customer interactions in internal systems

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve individual and team performance goals

• Handle customer inquiries professionally and address initial questions or concerns effectively

• Follow up with prospective clients to build strong, long-lasting business relationships

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• High energy, strong interpersonal skills, and a confident, professional telephone manner

• Self-motivated and target-driven with a desire to build a career in sales

• Strong organisational, time-management, and relationship-building abilities

• Basic digital literacy and comfort using email, spreadsheets, and online sales tools

• Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity in a fully remote setup

• No prior sales experience required; background in customer support, retail, or hospitality is beneficial
