This is a sales-focused role. We're looking for someone confident, professional and ambitious who wants to build a career in recruitment and thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
What you can expect
As a Trainee IT Recruiter, you'll manage your own niche market and run the end-to-end recruitment process, networking with clients and IT professionals across your market.
Training and development
An 8 to 10 week structured training programme with an onsite trainer, tailored to you
Direct mentoring from your team leader and experienced consultantsProgression opportunities

Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, minimum 6 months
Highly motivated and comfortable working under pressure
Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs
Excellent communicator, able to present to different stakeholders
