This role would suit an Environmental Compliance or Environmental Management professional from a water or utilities background who wants ownership of the environmental agenda on a landmark project, and the backing of a business that invests heavily in its people.

The Role

• Lead on the delivery of environmental standards for the client across the Sizewell C site
• Manage the SZC abstraction licence conditions and adherence to the Industrial Emissions Directive for on site construction activities
• Promote robust and sustainable practices through planned measures, guidance and onsite activities focused on continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulation and support clients with their own auditing processes
• Monday-Friday, 5 days a week on site

The Person:

• Environmental management or environmental compliance experience
• Water industry experience
• Familiar with laboratory techniques
• Undergraduate degree in a scientific subject
• Commutable to Leiston, Suffolk or willing to relocate
