Environmental Crime & Community Engagement Officer

Tameside Council is seeking a Neighbourhood Engagement Officer to join the Waste Enforcement Team. The role supports the council's vision to keep neighbourhoods clean, safe and well-maintained, engaging with communities to tackle environmental crime.

You will respond to and investigate waste-related issues, with a focus on fly-tipping and enforcement duties, working with partner agencies to protect the environment and public health.
