Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties in designated areas, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained in good working order and stored appropriately.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including COSHH guidelines, and report any hazards or maintenance issues immediately.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling, ensuring compliance with local environmental policies.
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning materials and request replacements as needed.
- Work efficiently to complete tasks within allocated timeframes, ensuring a high standard of presentation at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a professional cleaning or janitorial role is advantageous.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment operation , and safe handling procedures.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
- Good understanding of health and safety protocols within a commercial or institutional setting.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
