The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Equine and Farm Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join an established, forward-thinking mixed veterinary practice in Dundee, Scotland .

The role offers a varied caseload across equine, farm animal and smallholder work , alongside an experienced and supportive team. Ideally suited to an MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon with equine and farm animal experience, the position provides excellent clinical development opportunities and a genuine focus on work-life balance.

The successful Veterinary Surgeon will work across Tayside, Angus and Fife , becoming part of a well-established, multi-branch mixed practice.

The Rota

The team shares the rota fairly, with a strong focus on work-life balance. Benefits include:

Facilities & Support

The practice provides modern facilities, including in-house equine stables and stocks at two locations, an in-house laboratory, mobile digital X-ray, equine ultrasound, respiratory scope and fertility testing equipment .

Visiting specialists also provide additional clinical expertise and help reduce the need for external referrals.
