Equity-Eligible CFO for PE-Backed SAP & AI Services

Resulting IT is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy and performance across a PE-backed business. You will partner with the CEO and board to drive forecasting, profitability and value creation while guiding pricing, deal economics and major negotiations.

You will establish robust budgeting, KPIs and governance, support exit-readiness, and mentor the Financial Controller as the firm expands into AI-enabled recurring revenue solutions.
