Lead Employee Relations and People Operations activities across a multi-site organisation, acting as the first point of contact for complex ER matters while supporting policy, governance, compliance and operational improvement. We're supporting a leading financial services organisation in the search for an ER & Operations Lead. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to make a genuine impact across a multi-site business while helping to shape and enhance the people function.
Description
Acting as the lead contact for complex Employee Relations matters Coaching and supporting managers through disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and capability cases Overseeing people processes across the full employee lifecycle Maintaining and developing HR policies, procedures and governance frameworks Supporting risk, compliance and regulatory activities, including SMCR requirements Analysing people data and trends to drive continuous improvement Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experience
Profile
Strong Employee Relations background Experience within HR Operations, Shared Services or People Partnering Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice Experience within a regulated environment would be advantageous SMCR experience would be beneficial
