ERP Test Manager — Lead Quality & Go-Live Readiness

BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Test Manager to join the Project Eagle ERP programme on a 24 month FTC from UK offices on a hybrid basis. You will define and execute the overall testing strategy, cover UT, SIT, UAT, regression, performance testing and cutover validation, and oversee multi‑vendor testing activities while ensuring quality, governance and go‑live readiness.

Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and reporting to governance bodies are essential, along with a track record in ERP
