Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire sales process from valuation to completion, ensuring smooth transactions and client satisfaction.
• Manage branch operations, including budgets, compliance, and regulatory adherence.
• Conduct property valuations and appraisals, and build strong relationships with vendors and buyers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in estate agency, with a strong track record in sales and business development.
• Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within an estate agency setting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Southampton property market and current trends.
• Ability to motivate a team and drive performance in a competitive environment.
