Estate Agent - New Homes Specialist

You will be responsible for marketing and selling new build properties, working closely with developers and buyers to ensure a smooth and successful transaction process. This role requires excellent sales skills, a deep understanding of the local property market, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service to buyers and developers alike. Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell new build properties across Sunderland and surrounding areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, understanding their project needs.
• Conduct property viewings, provide detailed information about developments, and guide potential buyers through the sales process.
• Negotiate offers and manage the sales process from initial inquiry through to completion.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all buyers.
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the branch.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Estate Agent , ideally with a focus on new homes or new developments.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the Sunderland property market and the new homes sector.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet demanding sales targets.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to customer engagement.
• Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
