5pm) Location: Inverness Salary: £30,000 approx We are currently seeking a confident, organised and approachable Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our clients busy estate agency team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced and supportive team while helping clients throughout the buying and selling process. The Role: You will take on a varied, client-facing role that includes: Communicating with buyers and sellers throughout the property process. Carrying out property marketing appraisals. Conducting accompanied property viewings, with a pool car provided. Drafting property brochures and marketing materials. Managing property listings and keeping information up to date. Negotiating offers and supporting clients through the sales process. Working closely with the conveyancing team. The successful candidate will: Be confident, professional and comfortable communicating with clients. Have excellent organisational and time management skills. Be able to manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks effectively. Have strong written and verbal communication skills. Work well independently and as part of a team. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail. Hold a valid UK driving licence. Previous experience within estate agency, property sales, administration or another customer-facing role is preferred.
