Senior Sales Executive Estate Agency Swanley

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join an established estate agency team based in Swanley .

This is an excellent opportunity for a property professional with a proven background in residential estate agency who enjoys working with vendors and buyers, winning instructions and driving sales through to completion.

The role would suit someone commercially minded, target-driven and confident operating across the full residential sales process.

The Role

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating and progressing residential property sales while maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting property valuations and market appraisals where required

• Winning new sales instructions and converting valuation opportunities

• Managing a portfolio of properties from instruction through to completion

• Registering and qualifying prospective buyers

• Arranging and conducting property viewings

• Matching buyers with suitable properties

• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors

• Progressing agreed sales through to exchange and completion

• Maintaining regular communication with vendors and buyers

• Identifying opportunities to generate additional business

• Following up leads, applicants and potential vendors

• Providing accurate advice on local market conditions and pricing

• Working closely with solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors and other property professionals

• Supporting junior members of the sales team and sharing market knowledge

• Maintaining accurate xwwtmva records and updating property systems

• Working towards individual and team sales targets

• Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process

About You

We're looking for a Senior Sales Executive with genuine estate agency experience and a strong understanding of the residential property market.

You should have:

• Proven experience within residential estate agency

• Strong knowledge of the local propert
