About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Estate Agent to join their established branch in Portsmouth . In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for managing the entire property sales process, from initial valuation and marketing to negotiating offers and finalizing sales. You will build strong relationships with vendors and potential buyers, offering expert advice and ensuring a seamless transaction experience. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with excellent sales skills, a passion for property, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service within the bustling Hampshire property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate property valuations and generate new business for the branch.
• Market and promote properties effectively across various online and offline channels.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers, showcasing properties to their best advantage.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually agreeable terms.
• Manage the sales process through to completion, liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sale.

Requirements

• Proven track record in estate agency or a related sales role, with a strong understanding of the property market.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A driven and proactive approach to business development and sales.
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a busy workload.
