Estate & Environmental Caretaker — Clean, Safe Estates

Yorkshire Housing in Leeds Swarcliffe is seeking an Estate and Environmental Caretaker to keep the estate clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will patrol, inspect facilities such as emergency lights, and support grounds maintenance.

You will also clean, lift heavy items, and perform minor repairs to communal areas and gardens, working 37.5 hours per week with a pension and employee benefits package. DBS check may be required.
