Estate Compliance & Maintenance Planner

University of Liverpool is seeking a highly organised Resource Planner to support compliance, servicing and planned maintenance across the estate. You will plan, coordinate and monitor activities in Planon, ensuring statutory requirements are met and work progresses smoothly.

In this fast-paced Service Hub role you will manage workflows, coordinate contractor access, maintain records and asset data, produce performance reports and support purchasing and administration.
