Estate Services Caretaker – Grounds & Repairs

London and Quadrant Housing Trust is seeking an experienced Caretaker to join the Estate Services team at Acton Gardens, NW London. The role covers communal areas, cleaning, grounds maintenance, and basic repairs to keep residents' surroundings safe and welcoming.

You’ll work 35 hours per week, 08:00–16:00, on-site with duties at Stratford reporting office; permanent contract with benefits and DBS requirements. Early applications are encouraged.
