Estates & Compliance Officer – PFI & Fire Safety Lead

East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust seeks a post holder to support the Estates & Facilities Management Team in improving PFI and the built environment across all Trust sites. The role will lead audits of the built environment to ensure Safe, Effective, Personal care standards are met across the hospital.

You will assist in managing projects from statutory compliance works to minor capital or revenue funded schemes, lifecycle, Trust variation schemes and passive fire protection improvement
