Estates & Facilities Director: Safety & Compliance

The Hospice of St. Francis Ltd is seeking a Head of Estates & Facilities to provide operational oversight of the hospice estate, facilities management, health and safety, security and compliance across all locations.

You will lead on statutory compliance and create a safe, secure environment for patients, visitors, staff and volunteers. The role requires a proactive approach to continuous improvement in health, safety and facilities management, along with strong leadership and budgeting skills
