Estates Contracts & Standards Lead – Impact & Growth

The role collaborates with internal teams and external contractors to maintain standards and safety for residents and staff.

You will lead contract performance reviews, manage variations, and ensure RAMs and H&S compliance while acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders.
