On offer is a home-based position where you will take the technical lead across your patch, carrying out condition surveys, assessing maintenance requirements and producing cost estimates, while working closely with site-based teams with complete autonomy over your working day.

The Role:
- *Building, facilities and estates surveying across a cluster of sites
- *Assessing maintenance requirements and producing cost estimates
- *Supporting planned maintenance and minor improvement works
- *Home-based with regular travel across sites within the London North Patch
The Person:
- *Background in Building Surveying, Estates or Facilities Management
- *Comfortable in a highly autonomous position
- *Able to obtain or already hold a DBS check
- *Full UK driving licence
