The role Estimator Interior Fit Out will involve:

Estimator position dealing with a range of commercial hospitality fit out projects

Lead end-to-end tendering process, including take-offs, pricing, submission, and handover

Prepare accurate cost estimates using drawings, specifications, and estimating software

Manage and track tender opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups to maximise conversions

Engage with clients and contractors through site visits, technical input, and value engineering xwwtmva to support bids

Collaborate with internal teams, lead handovers, and mentor junior estimators to strengthen delivery and capability

Working on project sizes varying in size from £10k to £300k
