Monzo seeks a Senior Growth Marketing Executive, Affiliates to accelerate growth across Personal and Business Banking in the EU, managing partner relationships and coordinating with data, engineering, product marketing, creative, and agencies.

You will own the EU affiliate strategy, oversee existing partners, and scope new avenues as Monzo expands into new markets, working with stakeholders across the business.
